This is not a traditional parts role. You will architect and scale a modern, digital‑first aftermarket business—turning spare parts into a high‑growth, high‑margin engine.
What You’ll Do Own P&L and drive global spare parts growth across divisions Develop scalable parts programs, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives Lead commissioning and spare parts integration with new equipment sales Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of an integrated B2B e‑commerce platform for parts ordering Build and manage structured parts catalogs and product data Optimize inventory, availability, and supply chain performance Enhance customer experience, order fulfillment, and implement KPIs Lead and develop a high‑performing global team Qualifications 10+ years’ experience in aftermarket parts, service, or product management within an OEM or industrial equipment environment. Experience in gypsum, building materials, heavy machinery, or process industries is preferred. Proven experience building and scaling B2B e‑commerce platforms (industrial/OEM context strongly preferred) Strong understanding of ERP systems (Infor CSI or similar) and system integrations Demonstrated success managing P&L and driving revenue growth in parts/service businesses Knowledge of commissioning processes and capital equipment lifecycle is preferred Familiarity with global operations and multi‑region pricing strategies is an asset Key Competencies Strategic thinker with strong execution capability Commercially driven with deep pricing and margin optimization expertise Digitally savvy with strong e‑commerce and systems mindset Data‑driven decision maker Strong cross‑functional leadership (engineering, sales, supply chain) Customer‑centric mindset Salary The expected salary range for this position is $110,000–$150,000 CAD, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
