Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Sales and Business Development for Part 3 and Part 9 buildings. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by leading sales and business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. This is a 100% commissions role.
Qualifications- Experience in building construction sales, min 5 years
Must speak fluent English
Must live in Alberta
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies with a network in large Part 9 buildings (apartment buildings, stacked duplex row-housing etc) and all Part 3 buildings
Strong background in Business Development, including identifying new opportunities and expanding market presence
Strong background in building envelope, building science and building products and materials
Commitment to delivering superior Customer Service and building lasting client relationships
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with effective negotiation abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
Proven ability to work independently within a remote environment
