Head of Marketing | Fully Remote | High-Growth Lifestyle Brand A founder-led, high-growth lifestyle brand is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to build and lead its marketing function. This role will own the full marketing ecosystem, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while shaping how the brand scales across markets. Reporting directly to the Founder, this individual will play a key role in translating strong consumer interest into sustained growth, building the systems, channels, and team needed to support long-term expansion. While the organization operates fully remotely, there is a preference for candidates based in Canada and aligned with EST working hours. What You’ll Own & Build 📈- 🎯 Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy across digital, lifecycle, and market-level channels 📬 Own lifecycle marketing, including email strategy, segmentation, automation, and retention initiatives 📣 Oversee performance marketing across paid media, organic social, SEO, and website optimization 🔁 Drive customer acquisition while improving repeat engagement and overall customer lifetime value 📊 Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance benchmarks to support data-driven decisions 👥 Build, manage, and mentor a small, cross-functional marketing team while remaining hands-on 🤝 Partner directly with the Founder on growth priorities, budget allocation, and channel strategy 🧩 Evaluate and manage external agencies and vendors as needed 📍 Identify opportunities to strengthen local market presence and community engagement across multiple locations What You Bring to the Table 🧠- 6+ years of experience in consumer-focused, digital-first marketing environments, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Track record of owning and driving growth metrics across acquisition, conversion, and retention Experience scaling marketing efforts within a high-growth or early-stage environment Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with a willingness to stay close to execution Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making Experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, evolving organization Work Environment 🌍- Fully remote, collaborative team structure High visibility with direct interaction with the Founder and leadership team Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with meaningful growth opportunity Flexible scheduling aligned to EST hours Compensation: $120-155k CAD total compensation, benefits, and 401k The above salary range represents Advice’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.
