Vice President, Marketing - CLEAResult Location: Greater Toronto Area, Canada Reports to: Chief Growth Officer Company Overview CLEAResult leads the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future by fostering a people-first culture built on trust, accountability, and transparency. Job Description CLEAResult seeks an enterprise-scale marketing leader reporting to the Chief Growth Officer. This person will build, scale, and lead all marketing aspects while serving as a strategic advisor to the executive committee. The role encompasses corporate marketing, communications, branding, digital marketing, demand generation, client/customer communications, product/solution marketing, and events. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Marketing Strategy & Leadership - Define and lead integrated, enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned to growth, revenue, brand, and market-expansion objectives. - Serve as senior marketing advisor to Chief Growth Officer and executive leadership. - Translate corporate strategy into clear marketing priorities and roadmaps. - Establish marketing as a core growth engine influencing pipeline, revenue, and market perception. - Build a center of marketing excellence setting standards and scalable operating models. Corporate Marketing, Brand & Communications - Own and evolve CLEAResult brand positioning across all audiences. - Lead corporate marketing, communications, executive communications, thought leadership, and PR. - Oversee internal and external messaging alignment. - Guide crisis communications and reputation management. Client, Customer & Market Engagement - Lead client/customer communication strategies strengthening relationships and supporting retention. - Implement scalable, data-driven customer marketing including segmentation and personalization. Digital Marketing, Demand Generation & ABM - Own enterprise digital marketing strategy including web, SEO, paid media, email, automation, webinars, and virtual events. - Lead full-funnel demand generation partnering with sales and growth leadership. - Design and execute account-based marketing programs for priority clients. - Define success metrics for pipeline contribution, CAC, customer lifetime value, ROMI, and revenue impact. Data, Analytics & Marketing Operations - Establish robust marketing analytics and insights framework. - Leverage data, predictive analytics, AI, and experimentation for optimization. - Own marketing technology roadmap. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Build, lead, and scale high-performing marketing organization spanning 100+ individuals across North America. - Attract, develop, and retain top marketing talent. - Partner with growth, sales, product, operations, and regional leaders. Qualifications - Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred). - 10+ years senior marketing leadership experience building enterprise-scale organizations. - Experience in utilities, energy-related fields, or consulting/services (assets). - Proven corporate marketing, brand, communications, digital marketing, and demand generation leadership. - B2B and B2C marketing experience; regulated/public-sector exposure valued.
