Morgan Mace has been retained by a founder-led DTC House of Brands in the health & wellness supplements space to recruit their next Head/VP of Growth and Acquisition Marketing . The company builds, scales, and operates multiple consumer brands under one roof through owned funnels, paid acquisition, and subscription models. Specific brand details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates during the interview process. The holding company was formally incorporated in 2025; however, the founding team has been actively operating and scaling e-commerce brands for over 4 years, with deep prior expertise in supply chain, product economics, paid acquisition, and consumer brand scaling from a successful 8-figure Amazon business. The creative and marketing team is predominantly US-based in a fully distributed remote structure. Our client is currently generating approximately $6M per month in revenue across its brand portfolio, with a projected run rate of ~$100M in 2026 . This is a high-growth, scaling business — not early-stage. The business remains fully founder-led with no external investors or PE backing. What You’ll Own ● End-to-end DTC growth strategy across paid social, Meta, Google, TikTok, influencers/creators, affiliate, email/SMS, and emerging channels. ● Full P&L ownership for customer acquisition, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and revenue growth on .com (primary channel, plus Amazon optimization). ● Lead aggressive scaling across the brand portfolio to support the $100M+ run rate in 2026 and continued multi-fold growth via full-funnel performance marketing, creator-led campaigns, and potential retail/omni-channel expansion. ● Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing growth team, scaling the performance marketing and analytics functions while working closely with the company’s established creative operation (large team of video editors, copywriters, designers & strategists). Grow the growth team to 8–12 people in 18–24 months. ● Oversee Media Buying, Creative collaboration, CRO, Email/SMS, and Analytics to build best-in-class creative, rapid testing frameworks, and conversion optimization for wellness-focused funnels. ● Establish data-driven experimentation, forecasting, and reporting processes — including support for future AI-powered initiatives — to hit aggressive growth targets. What We’re Looking For ● Proven experience leading DTC growth or performance marketing at a high-growth consumer brand (multi-brand or portfolio experience a plus). ● Track record of scaling paid media and acquisition channels to $500K–$1M+ monthly spend. ● Strong understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, creators, and full-funnel growth strategy. ● Experience owning budgets, forecasting, and growth targets in a profitable, high-margin environment. ● Background in health & wellness, supplements, or CPG is a strong plus. ● Hands-on leader who thrives in builder-mode and scale-up environments.
