AG1 is looking for a Director, E-Commerce & CRO to own the e-commerce product strategy and roadmap for AG1's digital shopping experience. The director will serve as the business owner, partnering with UX/UI, Engineering, Retention, and Brand teams to translate customer insights, behavioral trends, and business priorities into a clear product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop e-commerce product vision with measurable business impact
- Identify friction points through customer data and behavioral analytics
- Drive experimentation agenda including A/B testing and AI-enabled personalization
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally on conversion-optimized experiences
- Own site performance reporting and optimization priorities
Requirements:
- 8+ years of e-commerce product management or digital product leadership
- DTC or subscription experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record driving conversion and subscription adoption
- Strong analytical and strategic capabilities
- Deep experimentation framework knowledge
- Experience with AI-powered tools, automation, or advanced analytics
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
Compensation: $172,000-$180,000 USD base salary + performance bonus + stock option allocation
