We’re sold online and in major retailers nationwide (12k+ stores). We’re growing fast and looking for a Head or VP of Growth (based on experience) to own our full revenue engine across acquisition, lifecycle, analytics, and growth creative. This leader will architect and scale a modern, high-velocity growth system that blends data, storytelling, experimentation, and brand alignment.
We lean into culture, irreverent marketing, and creative that doesn’t look like every other “clean, minimalist, fruit forward” brand on the shelf.
What You'll Own
Paid Acquisition (Meta + TikTok led)- Daily pacing, channel mix, and budget allocation across existing and emerging channels
CAC and MER targets that protect contribution margin while we scale spend
A weekly creative testing roadmap - concepts, hooks, audiences, offers, landing pages
A portfolio of evergreen winners that keep working when the new stuff doesn't
Creative Strategy- Lead the creative engine for paid: dozens of new variations per week, not per month
Diagnose what's working and why - hook, pacing, narrative, format
Brief and direct creators, editors, and UGC partners on what performs
Partner with Brand so growth creative feels like Waterboy, not like a performance ad
Analytics & Forecasting- Build CAC/LTV models and revenue forecasts the team can actually plan against
Own the attribution stack and reconcile when they disagree
Turn weekly numbers into next week's tests
CRO & Lifecycle- Own landing page, PDP, and checkout testing
Partner on email/SMS lifecycle to lift LTV and subscription retention
Find and fix the funnel leaks that paid spend can't outrun
Team- Build the growth team as we grow - likely 2–4 hires in your first year
Decide what stays in-house vs. agency, and own those relationships
What You've Done- 7+ years in DTC growth, with at least 2 in a senior/lead role
Personally owned a paid social budget of $20M+/year
Scaled a DTC brand through the $50M → $100M+ range as the directly responsible person for growth
Comfortable in ad accounts, in spreadsheets, and in a room with a founder who moves fast
Bonus: CPG, beverage, supplement, or hydration experience; subscription growth experience

You think in MER and contribution margin, not just ROAS
You see creative as the biggest lever in paid
You've scrappy and worked with founders before
You want to build the system, not inherit one
